This page explains AIMapper's processing principles. The product is still in private beta; details may evolve before public launch.

Data collected on the landing page
When you join the beta, we may collect your work email, role, organization, website, approximate size and plan of interest. Optional fields only help prioritize access and understand demand.
Planned product data
The product is intended to collect only detected or declared AI tool domains, timestamps or aggregated periods, tool category, team or user depending on configuration, declared usage and review status.
Data never collected by design
AIMapper does not collect prompts, conversations, files, screenshots, business content, data entered in AI tools or full URL paths.
Purposes
Data is used to manage the waitlist, send beta communications, prepare product access, structure the AI inventory and produce exports requested by the organization.
Legal basis
Depending on context: consent for beta communications, legitimate interest for relationship management and pre-contractual steps when access is requested.
Processors
AIMapper may use technical providers for hosting, transactional email, waitlist storage and product infrastructure. No provider is used to read business content that is not collected.
Retention
Waitlist data is kept while the beta is active or until deletion is requested. Product data should be exportable or deletable according to organization choices.
